Special Circumstances

If classes are canceled due to company-side issues (e.g., mentor cancellation, system failure), a full refund for any unused portion will be provided.

Package Usage Guide

1. The validity period of the package begins from the date of the first lesson.
2. The package can be used for up to one year from the date of purchase.
   
3. Any remaining lessons will automatically expire at the earlier of (i) the end date of the validity period or (ii) one year from the purchase date. Please make sure to use all lessons within the valid period.
   

Payment Amount and Base Price Information

1. The refund/deduction base amount for packages and classes is calculated based on the original list price before any discounts are applied.
2. Additional discounts from coupons, promotions, events, etc. are excluded from the refund amount, and classes already used will be deducted from the list price.

Information on Cases Where Refunds Are Not Eligible

1. The failure of a mentor for a trial class to be assigned during regular class hours will not be considered grounds for a refund.
2. Class delays, interruptions, or non-participation due to reasons attributable to the user, such as poor internet connection, network conditions, device performance, or inadequate program installation/configuration, will not be eligible for a refund. However, if the company's system failure or service provision negligence is objectively confirmed, additional remedial measures may be taken.
3. Refunds will not be issued if the class is not properly conducted due to incorrect parental contact information, non-response, or failure to confirm instructions.

If the service is provided normally within the scope of the service description page and prior notice, refunds are difficult solely due to subjective satisfaction with the class or differences from expectations.
